Born in the Emilia Romagna region, Tommaso moved to Tuscany where he adopted a more Tuscan flair after living near the city of Lucca for several years. He dreams of becoming an archivist and a writer one day. Oenologist by chance and a symposium enthusiast, he deals with the wine production on the Organic Hill which is considered the prime mover of the Institute of Farming (without it we would likely all be out of work!) He is also intent on raising local and antique breeds of chickens peculiar to the Abruzzo region.
